Do I have to place my order online?
Yes, please. Feel free to contact us via phone or email if you wish to query a product but we would wish you to place your order online thereafter.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order you cannot make amendments. However, you can easily contact us and we will do our utmost to help you if we can.
Why has my order been cancelled?
In rare cases it may be that an item has sold out super quick. In these circumstances we will refund you. We will inform you of this asap. If you placed an order with several items we will send the remainder of your order.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
We understand it can often be difficult to decide what to purchase for a loved one when there are so many beautiful products to choose from so of course we do! Just state how much and we will send to your requested delivery address.
Can I use my gift vouchers to buy products online?
Unfortunately not for now. Please be assured we’re working on this though!
