CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We’ve extended our usual return period for Christmas. Any purchases made online between 27 November and 24 December 2023 can be returned up until 08 January 2024. For purchases made from 25 December onwards our normal refund policy will apply.

Please note to be eligible for a return, all purchases must be returned with their original packaging and labels still attached. The same principle applies as below for items which are deemed suitable for returns.

We will offer you a refund or a credit note for all online purchases.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, we offer a strict returns policy which lasts 14 days from date of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note your goods will be returned to you.

Please note if you select ‘Click and Collect’,  goods will be uplifted from our shop  at 21 Batchen Street, Elgin. Please note the returns policy will start from the date your order is completed by us. You will receive a completion email to confirm your order has been accepted  and processed. Your 14 day return period  will commence from receipt of this email for full priced items.  Your 7 day return period will commence on receipt of your completion email received for all sale items. Note the period will NOT start from the date of uplift of your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include face masks, candles, melts, earrings, underwear, water bottles, sunglasses and gift cards. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return your product, you should email your product details with the reason for return to: info@alluringboutique.co.uk. You must state whether you wish a refund, exchange, replacement or credit note.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To ensure the best possible service please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our E-commerce Department. Refunds will not be made within our store under any circumstances. Please ensure the goods are securely and safely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit.

If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to have this processed within 14 days, however, we will do our utmost to process this as quickly as possible. The card issuer usually requires 3-5 days to process thereafter.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Please note there is a strict 7 day returns policy on all sale items. All other conditions for returning a sale item remain applicable as regular items.

EXCHANGES

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of item to allow us to do this.

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@alluringboutique.co.uk. Once we have confirmed the status of your exchange, send your item to 21 Batchen Street, Elgin, Moray IV30 1BH. Please be aware though that if the size isn’t right then please make sure you notify us sooner rather than later as our stock levels change very quickly.

If what you see is in stock, to save time and ensure you get it while it’s still in stock it may be quicker for you to request a refund and place a new order altogether, we will gladly do this and refund you your original order including postage costs.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Alluring Boutique offers a range of shipping services to suit your needs using Royal Mail. We ship within the UK, EU and the Rest of the World.

In the event of an order being delayed out of our control or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you are not at home to accept your delivery then Royal Mail will leave a calling card informing you how to collect your parcel from your local depot.

The goods will be your responsibility from the time we deliver your product.

Duties and Taxes

 

Please note any dutIES and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
